Two Factor Authentication - Email Login

1. Log in to the site with username and password

2. After clicking Sign In, the screen will change.
3. Select Use Another Authentication Method.

(A one-time verification code will be sent to the email address associated with the Acumatica user account.)

4. Select Enter code generated in mobile app or from the list.
   • An email containing a login code will be sent.
   • Delivery may take a couple of minutes

• • If the email is not received, use the Receive code by email option to generate a new code.

5. Open the email, copy the verification code, paste it into the field shown, and select Sign In.
