Acumatica Mobile App Instructions

Mobile app initial installation for mobile devices and Acumatica warehouse scanners running Android or iOS.

ANDROID

  1. Install the Acumatica app from the mobile application store (Google Play Store).
    • Search “Acumatica”.

  1. Open the Acumatica App on the device

  1. The New Account screen will load automatically after installation.

    • If one or more accounts are already configured, select the existing account name and choose the option to add a new account.

               

  1. Add a new account by selecting the “+” icon in the bottom-right corner.
    • When configuring access for multiple users, create a separate account for each username using the same server URL.

  1. Enter the Acumatica server information:
    1. Enter the Acumatica site URL, including https:// (This is the same URL used in a web browser).
    2. (Optional) Enter an account or connection name specific to the user.
    3. Select Next

  1. Sign in using the same credentials used for web access:
    1. Username = Acumatica user ID
    2. Password = Acumatica user password
    3. Select Sign In

  1. After successful sign-in, the current tenant and company are displayed at the top of the screen.
    • Select the person icon in the bottom-right corner to change the company, if applicable.

                    

IPHONE (iOS)

  1. Install the Acumatica app from the mobile application store (Apple App Store).
    • Search “Acumatica”.

  1. Launch the Acumatica app on the Device

  1. Tap Accounts at the bottom of the screen to add a new account and server URL.

                  

  1. Add a new account by tapping Add Account in the bottom-right corner.
    • When configuring access for multiple users, create a separate account for each username using the same server URL.

  1. Enter the Acumatica server information:
    1. Enter the Acumatica site URL, including https:// (This is the same URL used in a web browser).
    2. (Optional) Enter an account or connection name specific to the user.
    3. Select Next

  1. Sign in using the same credentials used for web access:
    1. Username = Acumatica user ID
    2. Password = Acumatica user password
    3. Select Sign In
